After Lady Gaga was seen wearing these extravanagnt shades at her promotion party celebrating her new colllaboration with Dr. DRe, it seemed that these new frames were catching on in the world of fashion. recently I saw these at Forever 21 and I also spotted a picture of AShlee Simpson sporting them in a "People" magazine pic.
